Anousheh is a member of the Board of Trustees of the X-Prize Foundation, as well as a member of the X-Prize Foundation's Vision Circle. An active proponent of world-changing technologies, Anousheh has dreamed of space exploration since childhood. Her family provided the title sponsorship for the Ansari X-Prize, a $10 million cash award for the first non-governmental organization to launch a reusable manned spacecraft into space twice within two weeks. Scaled Composites' Burt Rutan won the prize in 2004.

Anousheh supports ASHOKA as an E2 (entrepreneur to entrepreneur). She invests time and money in Ashoka to build their capacity and work with social entrepreneurs in the region around Iran, including the Middle East and Central Asia. She also works online via Changemakers.net.
PARSA Community Foundation's is the leading philanthropic institution promoting strategic philanthropy and social entrepreneurship amongst the global Iranian diaspora. Its mission is to:
